Team Big Iron is headed by national champion weight lifter, competitive bodybuilder, and published fitness model Justin Nejbauer. Justin has been in the transformation business since 2015, and has since then amassed a wealth of knowledge and strategies to help a variety of different people take their physiques to the next level. Before coaching, Justin spent years learning, testing, and refining different methods on himself. He has gotten to single digit body fat in just about every which way you can (high carb, low carb, intermittent fasting, macros, vegetarian, you name it!) He is well versed in keto dieting, vegetarian dieting, low fat dieting, intermittent fasting, macro counting, and of course the standard bodybuilding diet. He has done it with tracking portions, as well as without tracking (aka intuitive eating). There are multiple different ways to develop your physique, and he recognizes this. Justin is famous for saying that there are multiple roads to the same destination--it is about finding the one that works for YOU.

There is a reason Justin’s clients have the successes they do, and it is by no accident. Taking a holistic approach to physique development, Justin is big on the psychology that goes into big transformations.
